First I started off by looking for the type of battle I would be doing. At first I decided to do The Battle of Gallipoli or the Gallipoli campaign. I did some research on it and I wasn’t really interested in it. Also it was pretty difficult to find information about the Gallipoli Campaign. So then I decided to do the Battle of the Somme. The Battle of the somme had better information and looked more interesting, also it was in the trenches. The papers were dirty and it looked like it has been through a lot but it was not crisp like I wanted it to be. So after twenty to thirty minutes of smearing dirt on the papers I looked at the coffee water and it was mixed better than before. So I decided to put the papers in the coffee water and let it sit in the sun with rocks to hold it down. After just around twenty to thirty minutes of waiting it dried up and it got crispy and hard just like how I wanted it to
