According to the research findings, these two factors interrelate with each other in a series of ways. For example, women are culturally and biologically considered as weak beings. As weak being, they need to be protected. Men and women are equal though different people, and each of them has unique role in the society. Another is about gender and sex. Biological differences certainly make it relatively easy to differentiate adults of one sex from the other. Women tend to dress and act in one way that is totally different from how men carry out themselves. Sex is biological in nature and determines one's genetic destiny, such as the aptitude to give rise to new offspring’s. On the other hand, gender helps in defining one's role within society. During the toilet-training process, the child must learn how to harmonize an equally complex combination of physical and cognitive tasks. All through the learning process, she must be able to understand all the explanations, instructions, and responses to some extent, and express her own feelings about toilet use. Body awareness is also very important. In the training session, the child should be at a position to show discomfort over a dirty diaper, try to remove her diaper or resist being diapered, and otherwise show that her awareness of her physical state is expanding. The child should also be taken through the practical tips. He or she be able to recognize items by their names. On the same note, the child knows the use of every item. When the child does not recognize all these, the training might be affected and the child might end up not grasping
