“Education is the movement from darkness to light” (Allan Bloom) this scholarships is the light to what I ever most wanted to have an education. The scholarship of OSFA General Donor will definitely impact my educational pursuit forever, because this scholarship represents an enormous help and opportunity to show the world what I can become and how I can help the world. I am anxious and thirsty to demonstrate the real person I have been hiding inside the shadows of expensive student loans and future interests. I want to be able to fly as far as I can without any weight pulling me down. Furthermore, I am consider myself a bless person because I have always been teach to be involved in community service since I was a little girl. The first experience I had with community service was when I was six years old, my dad’s dead and his organs where donated to people who lives where depending on them. It was the most default moment of my life, but at the same time I was happy to see that other people have a second chance to life again. I have gained sad and happy moments well doing community service. For example, one summer I volunteer at the Red Cross of Mexico by donating blood and rising money by doing a bake sale. Another occasion, I organized a food can drive around the neighborhood and school for Thanks Giving. During this journey of doing community services at different places such as Mexico and United Sates, I have learned that there’s no walls form countries but plenty of steps.
