Facts: Graham was a diabetic having insulin reaction. He asked his friend Berry to drive him to the store to by some juice. He was hoping getting some juice would stop the reaction. When he got to the store he went in pretty quick. Then he hurried back to the car to tell Berry to drive to a friend’s house. Officer Connor was just sitting outside the store and watched all this go down so he though there was problem he followed them for two blocks and then pulled them over. Berry try to tell Connor what was going on with Graham but he was not having it. Connor waited for the other cop to return from the store then Graham told them to tell him what happened they told him
