I'm a big person in Chicago. The “big cheese” some would say. Everybody knows my name, and if they don’t, they would’ve known before they reached the bottom of Lake Michigan. Or before the bullet lodged itself between their eyes. I hold power over the mayor, the judges, and the cops. They are my puppets and Chicago is my stage.

You see, when they put the goddamn 18th amendment in place, I saw what most didn’t. An opportunity to be a part of it.
