In addition to the fact shown above, working as a group also has benefit in the improvement of efficiency. On account of the enormous advantage in the number of group and the abundant ideas and skills of each group members, a project which attacked by a group can be done faster and with greater efficiency than if just one student attempted to figure it out. To illustrate this, there is an example from my cousin Jennifer. Jennifer is a student from University of Waterloo. Just like most of the university students, Jennifer has lots of assignments to do every day. She found that the best way to finish her assignments is to work in teams since a group can work more quickly in response to the task assigned to it and can come up with wonderful ideas which helps her a lot.
