Even if we were to experience any setbacks or unexpected obstacles, we should learn from them and see what we can do to better prepare us for any future goals that we may have. Another tip that Grover emphasizes is maintaining a positive attitude; he explains that it is important to have this type of mindset/attitude in achieving success. A last leadership style that Grover stresses is the importance of taking full responsibility for your actions and outcomes. He encourages us to adopt an ownership mentality, which means accepting responsibility for all our successes and failures and using those experiences to learn and grow.
