To begin, My friend Carlos is the type of person who is given a Growth mindset. Ever since I met him my freshman year of high school, in his academic studies, he was able to take on a challenge and learn from it even if he failed. He wouldn't give up till he knew he understood what he has been accomplishing. He never let failure stop him, he would always want different ways to find the solution to a problem he would say “two different understandings means I really understand”. His has a fixed mindset. He believes that everything he does is the right way. When he has the opportunity to take on a challenge he will take it and give up halfway in the process.
