There are many sub-groups of the Roma including: “Romanichals in England; Kalé in Wales and Finland; Manouche from France; Gitano from Spain” (Marsh). Along with the sub-groups there is no set religion, some are Baptists, some are catholic, etc. Even though there are set differences, they all share some things in common. For example, the Roma all share the common language of Rromanës (Marsh). They also usually share common occupations such as trading livestock and making pottery. The Roma are also known to be economically friendly, in fact they even started recycling more than 5 centuries ago. In the past they were also quite nomadic (meaning they travelled a lot) however most Roma are now sedentary (they stay in one place)
