“I have a dream that on day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed; We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal.” (Martin). This quote by the famous Martin Luther King Jr. started a change in the nation. As many know, Dr. King wanted to make a change in equality for people everywhere. He had an idea and made it reality.
In my opinion Dr. King did not only change the idea of equality, he let people know that change can happen, it just takes courage to try. I think the main reason he was able to accomplish this dream was because of his amazing speeches and ideas that he shared.
