Individuals who live with chronic illnesses not only affects the individual but it also affects the family as well. Every family has dealt with a family's Illness, disability, and death, it does not matter what family race, location, size or culture but each will experience at some point in their lives (McGoldrick et. al, 2016). Depending on the circumstances of the situation, it will determine the level of severity and length of time one might deal with the experience. In dealing with chronic illness the stress levels that the family experience can be to epic proportions and create conflict that effect the family in its all.

In the video, you see how the family made the necessary arrangements to accommodate the ill person. In the case of one of the couples, they decided to move to another state where the indiviudal is suffering the illness, to make that individual feel be more comfortable. Changes will have to be made to accommodate the new situation that will definitely affect the family not only emotionally and physically and financially.
