Should women have power over men? Women should not have power over men but in Macbeth, women have a lot of power over men. Lady Macbeth is very strong minded over her husband. She influences him to kill King Duncan. Showing emotion would not be something a man in that time period would do. Shakespeare is trying to change the roles between males and females.
