Huntington disease is a rare disease that many people do not commonly hear of. It is inherited and causes the progressive breakdown of nerve cells within the brain. The disease is caused by defectiveness in a single chromosome. It impacts the way one thinks and moves. It is a disease that shows signs in one’s younger years but progresses as he or she gets older.
