During the first part of this semester I found out that my personality type is called the INFJ personality, also known as “THE ADVOCATE.” As an INFJ, I am driven to help people in times of need or in any given situation. The Advocate personality is also a natural born leader but not in a demanding since. We are down to earth and possess uncanny interpersonal skills. Marriam Webster defines teamwork as, “work done by several associates with each doing a part but all subordinating personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole.” Yes, that is true but teamwork mean so much more to me. I found the meaning of teamwork in my freshmen seminar class. Teamwork is communication, without it you have nothing. Teamwork is distributing power evenly within a group or having a understanding and compassionate leader. Teamwork is having fun with your associates even when the going gets tough. I know that in the “real world” this might not be the case, but form here on out I will strive to make sure that when I’m in a team we can get as close to what I believe teamwork should be and make sure that my colleagues feel just as useful as I did in …show more content…
As Forrest Gump once said, “ My mom always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.” And the same could be said about this semester. I have had so much fun and I honestly cannot believe that its almost over and that makes me a little sad. Some days have been better than others, but that is a fact of life. My spring break was a disappointment but I got to see my family so that’s always a blessing. I do not care for my calculus professor nor the programming one, but I am handling myself well in those classes so I can’t complain too
