“Each year, an estimated $46 billion in grants and scholarship money is awarded by the U.S. Department of Education and the nation’s colleges and universities” (Scholarships 1). Displaying how there are numerous amounts of people wanting to help one another’s achievement of the American Dream. Showing if an individual is as dedicated to what they thrive to be in life, there are possible ways to achieve it. The American Dream is seen by many as the ideal that every citizen should have an equal opportunity to achieve success through hard work and determination. While some believe the American Dream is still obtainable because of the numerous opportunities, others argue that the American Dream can be achieved because of the opportunities that America offers; however, social class can hinder one’s level of successfulness.

To start off, America gives so many scholarships, loans and financial aid help to families as well as separate individuals yearly in order to help them achieve their American Dream. Students wanting to get further into their education can obtain help from organizations like; The Federal Government, Sallie Mae, Nelnet, Citizens Bank, CU Student Loans, and Simple Tuition which are only a few of many that support a …show more content…
One’s childhood memories are with them forever and shape them to who they grow up to be. To put it bluntly, the environment that one grows up in has a major effect for one’s future because if one is growing up in poverty or bad neighborhood, then it will seem like it is okay to live like that or one may have no hopes for a better life.
