Employees need to be fair and responsible for their own actions. They need to respect the company’s policies, other employees and work as a team member. Workers with integrity do not accept praise for someone else’s work and are honest and hardworking.
Integrity is a highly valued quality to have and important in all areas of life. Integrity is staying true to yourself and always doing the moral thing.
In my life I have had times of both dishonesty and integrity. A moment of dishonesty that has affected my life was when I was in seventh grade and my teacher was absent and there was a sub. The sub was really old and oblivious. It was a vocabulary test and I and whole bunch of other people took out there books and looked for the answers. I most certainly am not proud of it but it happened. A time in my life when I had integrity was when I asked my friend for the homework and my teacher ended up collecting it. At the end of the day she called my friend and I to her desk and asked why our homework was the same. I stood up and said that I asked her for it so she wouldn’t get in trouble. I got in trouble and I wasn’t happy or proud then but I am now because I took responsibility for my actions and I showed an example of
