Target Segment is the selection of prospective buyers to whom an enterprise desire to promote goods This strategy will involve segmenting industry, choosing segments which are appropriate and determining products which will be offered in each segment(Consumerpsychologist.com, 2015). The target segment selected for the marketing of Apple iPhone 6 is the 20-39 age group. There are many reasons behind the selection of this target segment. The 20-39 age group comprises mostly of the adults who are working or receiving higher education. This age group has a moderate Apple iPhone 6 usage rate.
