Iron Triangles and Racial Profiling Why do you treat them different just because they don’t look like you? Our country and the world around us have all been part of this "fit in" society (www.thoughco.com). In the United States we have concept groups which work together to create their own political powers and use them as influence over the government, these groups working together are called the Iron Tringle (www.albert.io). In addition to how these groups work there are law enforcement officials who target guilty individuals of criminal violations, these are named Racial Profiling (www.aclu.org). She sat by two Indian-American men, but their skin complexion and them sitting together called the attention of the passengers and of the flight attendants aboard. Minutes after landing several federal agents approached Mrs. Shoshana and the two men that were sitting by her; they were arrested and taken under custody without any explanation. While in prison for over four hours, Mrs. Shoshana was humiliated by an officer that ordered her to strip naked as she was being watched by the officer. Think tanks are like the "advisers" of policy making for these groups of people are working together to do research on other political groups and then give advice to policy development on what the next arrangement should be (www.researchtoaction.org). Even though this strategy of policy making seems effective and easy to accomplish it is a risky job for think tanks to gather correct and true information from other groups (www.ushistory.org). When working in politics every political group or party has the same goal and that is to have more power. This makes think tanks' job more difficult to be able to develop a new policy, change a policy, or evaluate a policy
