In the article “Lord of the Flies” by William Golding, the author explains one of the main characters named Piggy. Piggy is a really good young man, but mostly everyone would bully him because he was overweight for his age. Piggy was of the many plane crash survivors. In the beginning of the book he meets a young man named Ralph. Ralph was a very nice boy, he was also nice to piggy even though nobody likes him. Was Piggy an admirable character? “You talk too much… shut up Fatty” (Golding 21). Jack is also one of the main characters in this novel.
