Have you ever searched online your health insurance and seen if they have been sued before and for what reasons? There has been some health insurance that have been sued by malpractice and have neglecting their patients from receiving their service. In California is required to have health insurance and some of theses insurance are expensive and won’t provide all the services they say they have. Most people will just buy a health insurance and won’t look up what there service comes with.

He went in and got his appendix removed. He was released with redness and swelling around the IV site shortly after he returned for the same symptoms with abdominal pain and his pain increased with redness in his arm. The Physician only prescribed him with pain and swelling medication because he thought it was infected after obtaining blood cultures he set up an appointment with Kaisers infectious disease department. In his blood culture it revealed that he had MRSA which stands for Methicillin- resistant Staphylococcus aureus which is a bacterium that causes infections in different parts of the body and its very tough to treat and this disease is passed by contact and they can catch the disease if they have a weak immune system and are in hospitals. In this case, the 24 year old male was in the hospital and catched the disease there. In his case he shortly went back because he developed a rapid growth in his spine that left in a wheelchair paraplegic. The male sued Kaiser for not contacting him about the infectious disease he also stated that he left his mother contact information.

The fresno county Jury found 70% of the 24 year old’s fault and kaiser 30% in his part in was also his fault because he missed an appointment that he had for his disease. In some situations like this one you will always have to put an effort
