The NBC News for one was an African American panel of 5 people, it was not like Fox News who was reported by 2 Caucasian reporters and had one African American, former Secretary of State, Connie Rice state her opinion on the current event. NBC handled the situation in which the Panel is getting their point of view out about Kanye West one by one, by bad mouthing him for his political beliefs and the shocking comment he made about slavery, while Fox News does the exact opposite. Fox News sticks up for Kanye West and believes he is entitled to have his own thoughts and opinion about his political beliefs. As former Secretary of State, African American, Connie Rice states on Fox news, “Anybody should be able to think what they think and say it because of the color of their skin.” Meaning Kanye being African American should have the right to express himself of the black matter of slavery since he is black.
