Therefore, the management’s task is to analyze the employee’s reactions and more so, their possible reasons for making certain decisions. The most critical issue is to make rational judgments on the employees and understand their reasons for making particular decisions. Every human being has grown into his own set of beliefs, world views, culture and personality trait making him naturally biased towards certain employees. However, in working environments every judgment should be based on objective reasoning and not personal differences to avoid loss of the best employees because of personality differences. The biggest challenge has been overcoming personal views and learning to understand that not everyone shares same values. Personal views remain personal regardless of the conflicts at hand hence they should never be a platform for determining a difference between a good employee and a bad employee. This means that unless critical thinking is embraced and adopted as a corporate culture then there are chances of getting into many more conflicts due to personal differences instead of work differences. In other words, critical thinking should be applicable in all circumstances regardless of personal opinions.
