What is CHIP? For children and teens up to the age of 18, is a low-cost or free health insurance called Chip. With the help of the Chip program, it makes it possible for our children to be able to get there regular and annual check-ups, hospital care, immunizations, mental health services, doctor and dental visits and prescriptions. CHIP is administered by each individual states, and have their own requirements. The Chip program is jointly funded by federal government and by the states which applying for. In the state of Wyoming, to qualify for the Chip program, you must be a resident, or a U.S. Citizen for at least 5 years and meet their income guidelines. Deductible: With Kid Care CHIP there is no deductible.

Pharmacy Out of Pocket Maximum per Benefit Year up to $200 per child
Dental Out of Pocket Maximum per Benefit Year up to $75 per child
Preferred Provider: Providers must be in the Kid Care CHIP PPO network
