When it comes to the health care field, there are several careers that can be chosen from. The one career that I found interesting is the Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration. This research paper will discuss several things I have learned recently that I never knew about my future career.

Health Care Administration is a career where you become a leader in a health care setting. An interesting thing I learned was that Health Care Administrators are not only in nursing homes. They can start a career with a hospital setting, an insurance company, doctor’s office, and many other options. This is interesting because unlike some careers it gives more of a variety to choose from as far as where you would like to work. I would love to be the supervisor everyone needs. The kind of supervisor that listens to the problems and/or suggestions of my employees and doing everything I can to make things right. I also see myself not having to work several jobs like I do now, giving me a little more time to spend with my husband, kids, and the rest of the family as well.
