Role of lead professional nurse
Lead Professional Nurse is the head nurse who is in charge of the entire team. They are focused on supervising the other team members. The lead nurse would be the one selecting the team members to dispatch to the scene of accident.
Prior to their arrival on the accident scene, the lead nurse must follow certain set of principles of values and behaviours as a professional.
