Introduction Leadership, in my own words, is the ability to inspire and influence others to achieve a common goal. It is the act of guiding others towards a vision, while empowering them to grow and develop their own skills. One area for improvement is challenging people to try out new and innovative ways to do their work. While I encourage creativity and new ideas, I can be more proactive in pushing my team members to step out of their comfort zones and explore alternative approaches. To improve this behavior, I will actively seek opportunities to engage in brainstorming sessions and encourage my team to propose innovative solutions.
