In Shakespeare’s play Romeo and Juliet, Romeo Motague and Juliet Capulet are lovers with an unfortunate end. Romeo and Juliet first met each other at a party at the Capulet’s house, where Romeo snuck into. The Capulet’s house is where they fell in love with each other at first sight. They unfortunately died because they were opponents and their families did not like each other. Lord Capulet is to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s deaths. The first reason he is to blame is Lord Capulet yelling at Juliet that she would marry Paris or he would throw her out (Act 3). Lord Capulet is forcing Juliet to marry somebody she doesn't love and just wants her to keep the bloodline going. She had no other choice but to marry Paris, unless something had happened.
