We have been working on the Manhattan project for four years. The U.S. and scientists from around the world have been mixing chemicals trying to find the right ones that could destroy a whole city, and they finally have found the mixer, and they are prepared to use it. My task is to advise you on whether or not to use the nuclear bomb. My advice to you is that we should not use the weapon because it could cost so many innocent people's lives and could ruin relationships with other countries.
After analyzing the Memorandum document, I firmly believe that we should not use the nuclear bombs.
