How would motivate the people using Maslow’s motivational theory?
I would motivate the people at the job by giving them a party to make them realize that work doesn’t have to be boring it’s what you make it the way to get the job done is the way the teacher tells you to do there is no other way following directions always make things go a little more easier you can’t have parties all the time at the job but you can show that the employees are well appreciated and that they help the business boom I think that holidays would be another way of showing them that we do really care about them so the holidays would be giving the coworkers gifts or sometimes candy a happy coworker means a happy work environment. Showing the coworkers that we make this job a fun opptunity not everybody have a job to go to an work on getting the job complete without no complaints or no whining makes the manager’s job go a lot smoother than it would if everybody complained that is boring and they don’t want to do the work that more time consuming when you are complaining when you could be putting that strength towards getting work done it’s better to stay ahead then it is to get behind do the job an make it fun an happy. I would also encourage them to have self-motivation help yourself be motivated can’t do everything you have to do some things for yourself
