Imagine how many people are out there making a difference in the world. They all have certain qualities to help themselves stand out more than others. What qualities would someone need to be a leader? Michael B. Jordan and Lady Macbeth both show how they are great leaders, since they are both determined and dedicated to what they want to achieve. Although there are many good leaders, Michael B. Jordan is an amazing leader since he is very dedicated to his work and always works very hard to earn great accomplishments. Michael B. Jordan has worked hard for everything in his life. He knew it was going to take lots of hard work and according to Time.com, “Because over that quarter-century of work, nothing was given to him. He shows others how if you really want something, you will have to work for it. In addition to working hard for things, Michael B. Jordan has many traits that make him a great leader. He wants to push himself to be a better actor and according to usmagazine.com, “‘It’s his ability to not quit and push harder. A lot of people who [are] under the stress of getting ready for movies have to deal with day-to-day life and businesses. They have the leisure of not going as hard. Michael is the opposite,’” (Grebenyuk, usmagazine.com). He is willing to push through and not give up when things get difficult. People are seeing that he is not like other actors and he stands out from the rest. He knows how to deal with the hard work and pressure of his job. He sets great examples for others and shows not to give up even when things get hard. Along with Michael B. Jordan, Lady Macbeth is a great leader since she takes initiative when others do not and is determined to get what she wants.
