It can be scary at first moving to another location within the country and not knowing anyone. Having to make friends in different places and not sure where to fit in. Some people get asked to live in other countries across the world in places like Germany, Japan, or even South Korea. When placed in these countries, military members have to prepare for any possible threat or attack at a moment’s notice. This can seem like a curse having to be selected for telephone standby, or called to work more than others. There is no job reward for these duties, to demonstrate: no extra pay, no more time off, no more time to rest, no extra breaks, no leg up for promotions, etc. They have become an automatic requirement mixed into people’s daily duties. Some people have three special certifications while others have twelve. Recertification can take after work free time cause some tasks are so special, proficiency is impossible to obtain. In conclusion, the primary and secondary duties as well as special certifications cause a tremendous amount of stress for service
