Throughout the very eventful life of Muhammad Ali, a lot of conflicts happened. Not only in the boxing ring, but also outside of it. Today I will be talking about three examples and how he responded to them. The day was June 20, 1967. Muhammad Ali was thrown into jail for resisting the Vietnam War draft. This was a turning point where Ali shocked everyone by resisting. He also tried to make peace after the 9/11 attacks. Finally, he protested being able to box, which is what he loved doing. These are just a few examples of the many conflicts that Muhammad Ali faced in his very history-altering life.

He was Islamic himself and knew that while there was a small group of people that did the terrible acts of terrorism, over 99% of the Islamics did not know that it was going to happen and that there should be peace between everyone. Ali shook the hands of many of the first responders who helped, and he stood there in the rain to pay homage to the people who lost their lives that day.
