Firstly, I would like to write about the concert that was called “Music in the American Wild”, which was performed on 27th March at the Julien J. Studley Theatre. The musicians’ names were, who performed in that concert, Ellen Breakfiled (clarinet), Teresa Buchholz (mezzo soprano), Emlyn Johnson (flute), Alex Peh (piano) and Christina Fortune (Reader, viola). In the concert day, I felt quite tired myself because I had three courses and one exam. Therefore, I was happy to listen the concert because I thought that listening to music helps to be relax. When I entered the concert hall, I looked a piano and music stands. I became happy to listen the piano voice because I liked listening piano the most. The second song was played at the concert was called Zwei Gesange, op. 91 for. The composer of this song is Johannes Brahms. It was performed by Terasa Buchholz (mezzo soprano), Alex Peh (piano), and Christiana Fortune (Reader, viola) at the concert. This song begun with the viola intoning. Furthermore, the viola and alto voices yielded a dark blend. The viola surpassed a mere obbligato role. The song was very dramatic. The performers of song were Emily Johnson (electric flute), Alex Peh (electric piano), and Christina Fortune (Reader, electric viola) at the concert. This song was quite interesting and outstanding song among the other pieces at the concert. In addition, the voices was very close to real whale voices. I liked this piece. The reasons of song’s attractive was the atmosphere and using the eye-mask while the song was being performed. The piece had eight movements that are grouped three parts. The cello is specially tuned, and four “antique cymbals” were played by both Emily Johnson and Christina Fortune. In addition, Alex Peh played pizzicato and
