To start, Mal Brown from The Bleachers and Freddie Steinmark in “My all American” both displayed Physical toughness. “He recounted in great detail how Mal Brown had once rushed two hundred yards in the second half of conference championship, and he did so with a broken ankle!” (Grisham 54). What Mal Brown did is shocking and impressive. The amount of pain Mal had to endure must have been great. What he did isn't normal and would require them to be strong and tough. During practice Freddie Steinmark was racing against Bobby Mitchell, a man who happened to be a lot taller, and Freddy still won.
