After I lost those 10 pounds in one month, I started getting serious about becoming physically fit. I continued to do more ab workouts and made my chest and arms bigger. By joining those sports I have helped to make my school more noticeable by others, because when I do good in those sports, other competitors would ask what school I am from and I just show them my jersey and feel proud. Another way I helped to improve my school would be during rally’s and attending any sports games and showing school spirit to make others feel at ease by also attending Indian Springs High
