I am writing to you to express my interest in the above mentioned role that is currently advertised on Seek. I have until recently been employed by the Bendigo Bank for over 2 and a half years in the capacity of Branch Manager for the Templestowe Village Community Bank Branch. I was successful in obtaining this role through my previous work experience and strong credit risk and analytical ethos coupled with my strong leadership and problem solving skills. These skills along with my substantial background in finance, projects and analysis with Bendigo Bank, ANZ and Mercedes Benz are what have lead me to make application for your vacant position. My recent role as Branch Manager saw me dealing with high value customers on a day to day basis as well as manage the branch staff in achieving good results. I managed and lead a team of 5 and up to 11 in the development of the branch and support of the client base. A significant part of my role was team management and leadership as well as writing and implementing new strategies and procedures within compliance framework. This recent Branch Manager experience along with my past work with ANZ and Mercedes Benz Finance provides me with the majority of key competencies and skills that are required for the Administration / Office Manager role you have advertised. My previous experience as noted within my resume, shows previous work with ANZ where I lead a small team in the Specialised Lending business. I was responsible for financial model development and Transaction Management analysis. Previously I worked for Mercedes Benz Finance and held a varied role where I was an Auditor, Commercial Credit analyst and Projects Manager. I reported directly to the Head of Credit and was involved in many facets of the business. Working as an auditor I travelled between many locations and developed and built rapport with the different Mercedes Benz sites and personnel at the same time, redesigning the various procedural requirements. In terms of preferable skills for this role, I have lead and managed teams of up to 11 staff.
