Introduction Aggressive behavior is a behavior that causes physical or emotional harm to others or threatens to (Erickson, 2013). A person with aggressive behavior tend to be irritable, impulsive and restless. Aggressive behavior is intentional, violates social norms and causes a breakdown in a relationship. Some people believe that this is a learned behavior while others believe that this behavior is innate, a person is genetically wired to be aggressive. Which is it nature or nurture? Are males more aggressive than woman? People cannot deny that men are aggressive but in some instances woman are just as aggressive than men and in some instances maybe be more aggressive.

These people provided examples of behavior to observe and imitate such as masculine/feminine and pro or antisocial behaviors. Children encode some of the behaviors of the models and at later time imitate these behaviors. Children will learn behaviors from the models, parents, teachers, peers, caregivers, in their lives. If these models are aggressive than the children will copy or imitate this aggressive behavior. According to the American Psychological Associations Task Force on violent media there is a link between violent video games and higher levels of aggression in players (health.com). The task force found in their review of studies published from 2005-2013 that a relation between violent video games and aggressive behavior (thoughts and emotions) and decreased in pro-social behavior empathy and sensitivity to aggression (“Do Violent Video Games Cause Aggression? -Health News and Views –Health.com,”
