Why should I be a noncommissioned officer? I want to be a noncommissioned officer to be a positive role model of a leader. Being a noncommissioned officer will help me develop in my military career. My soldiers will have all of their needs met and more. The accomplishment of the mission will be also be a major one of my priorities. Becoming a noncommissioned officer will teach me in depth on how to be a leader on a day to day tasks. I will learn to adapt quickly. Learning as much as I possibly can by studying, personal experience, and training to be better leader for my soldiers and the command appointed above me.
