By first having minimum student-teacher gap, and avail the chance to completely understand the psyche of students by getting to know them properly.

• What metaphors, heuristics, or guidelines should teachers follow?
A teacher should come up with such activities and teaching methodologies that encourages a student to come forth and participate more and we well aware of what is happening in the classroom. Teachers should have a daily planner and a descriptive outline of the lectures they are going to deliver.

• What kinds of things do teachers need to consider when designing instruction?
Teachers should have a proper idea about deliverance of lectures and they should have proper resources and citations to help support their presentation of work

• Better yet, who is a teacher?
A teacher is someone who does not only deliver education but also has the ability to motivate you and believe that every student is capable of doing and achieving more than what they aspire to do.
