Nuclear fission and nuclear fusion both result in a nuclear reaction. In both nuclear reactions, a minute amount of matter can produce a large amount of energy. In both nuclear reactions, there are positive and negative results. Nuclear fission has negative effects of using nuclear energy that includes radioactive nuclear waste, storage, and disposal. There are no commercial nuclear fusion power
