It is important for a leader to believe in what it is that they are teaching and guiding individuals to do. If a leader works with their team together and motivated the results will be positive ones. A leader should have everyone’s interest in mind first before they put their own interest in mind. If a leader cares for the people who work with and for the leader they are much more willing to do what is asked. When you work in sales you must ask the customer for the sale. When you work as a leader you must ask for the results that you are looking for but also give your employees the tools that are necessary to succeed. In the health care industry there are leaders who are nurses, doctors. The importance of caring in these positions is you may be dealing with very sick individuals who are fighting for their life. Not only do you have to care for the patient in order to help them recover but if you are the head nurse it is important to care for the nurses who are caring for them. The job needs to be done right and this can be a life or death situation. Sometimes there is such a need to get someone into the position quickly because of the high turnover rate and high demand and sufficient training is provided. You can teach both leadership and management skills. A big part of the outcome is who you teach the skills to. If we have a leader who leads a country we want to make sure that the country is going to prosper. With a leader who does not care it is not likely to succeed, at least not for the citizens who live in it. There is always a task to be done whether it is the health care industry we are dealing with our any other country. Therefore, caring about you are about to accomplish is just as important as caring for the people you lead. Overall, as a leader you are making an impact in other people’s life. We want the impact to be a positive one both for the organization and the employees. Also, let us talk about
