These leaders inspire their followers to focus on the needs and interest of the team rather than their own. He or she provides work that stimulates and recognizes exceptional work. None the less, Starbucks must credit its success to its exceptional leaders and employees who demonstrates the highest level of communication with not only each other but its customers as well.
