While watching the film, one of the more obvious problems was the lack of representation. In the movie we saw hundreds of Jewish people suffering. In reality, over 6 million jews actually perished in Holocaust. Oskar saved somewhere between 1,000-1,300 Jews, and while that is extremely nobel, the movie does not really go into as much detail about the ones that no one was able to save.

It helped educate people about some of the horrors of the holocaust, and after the movie came out many people came forward and said that they had infact worked in Oskar’s factor. It helped raise important discussion questions about the Holocaust and events that took place during WWII. Any film highlighting the horrors that took place during the Holocaust just further educations people about how we as a society can prevent that in the future, and even though Schindler's List is not exactly accurate it does bring with it valuable lessons to be
