Prometheus had not only stole fire from the gods to men but he had given the men the valuable meat to the men and took the fat and bones for the gods this made Zeus very mad. With the anger Zeus had toward Prometheus he creates Pandora which is a woman. All of the gods gave Pandora gifts. Page 74 “because of what they gave her they called her Pandora, which means the gift of all.” The gods gave her a wonder to behold, bright garlands of blooming flowers and a crown of gold great beauty stone out from it and they gave her a box which they told her never too open. Pandora's wonder was too much one day and wanted to know what was in the box she was given so she opened it. As Pandora opened the box she slammed it shut but it was too late all the struggles and hurt off the world slipped out. From that day Pandora was known for the cause of all bad like hunger sickness death and many others. …show more content…
Some details i noticed was the dark gray coming ghostly out of the box and you can see in her facial structure she is has a curious and uncertain look to her face. Another thing i saw is how she is alone in the woods. The Painting really comes together and gives off a magical vibe from the mystical fog creeping from the box to Pandora’s interested look. By the look of Pandora’s face she seems a little uneven on how to feel. The Painting also gives you a sense of fear because the way she is a darker side of the woods all alone.
