The first thing I have learned from this scenario is that nursing care for older person is different from one for younger person. The elderly often do not show common symptoms and signs of pneumonia, and they may show different symptoms. The elderly with pneumonia may not present with fever, but they are lethargic and lose appetite. The difference in clinical manifestation is crucial, since nursing care is to be different accordingly.

I also have learnt that keeping social justice framework in mind is important in nursing care. Social justice framework is, I think, a patient-centered holistic framework. To ensure the widen participation in healthcare, Equity, Rights, Access and Self-determination must be central principles. Should I keep
