This is a handmade family type game that parallels many activities in real life. Throughout the game, players can choose between starting straight into a career or going to college to get an advanced career, dealing with loans, stocks, buying a house, life events including marriage and having children, retirement, taxes and last but not least, payday. There are other events in the game, this is just some of them. The similarities between Pay Day Remix and the actual "life" as we know it are sometimes hysterical. This game will be your new favorite game to play anytime. You get to go to new places, right in your own living room. This game will give you that feeling. A new life even; you get married, have children, buying property and houses, and choosing another path together. …show more content…
Yea it’s similar to the Game of Life but with a twist it has other games like Monopoly as well as the original Pay Day). Some cards and spaces in the game can make you have a happy life, be rich, have wonderful things. But it can turn from happy to sad. By going into debt, getting a divorce (ouch!), losing custody of your kids, going to jail, etc. (See the twist??). But remember this is just a game. It can change at any time every time you play it. This game is different from the classic games that inspired me including the following: Life, Monopoly and Payday the reason why different is that the board is hand painted with some game pieces from other games; the cards have hand drawings on them.
