For many years, America has always put men at the top when it comes to things. The reasons for this behavior, male dominance, can be traced back to the roots of American society. The founding fathers, who were all men, created a system of government that favored their interests and enshrined male privilege in the Constitution. In today's society, the issue is the gender pay gap. Women want to know why men are making more money than men, and why they're not getting equally paid like men.With all that being said, they need to stop paying women less than men for the same role and open up all sectors to part time and flexible working.
