INVESTIGATION:
On 01-20-17 at 1621 hours, I was dispatched to 1726 Casitas Avenue regarding a petty theft investigation. Upon my arrival, I met with Victim Mitul Patel, who told me the following information in summary:

Patel original had his video surveillance camera pointed south to monitor his vehicles. The camera did not capture the above incidents. Patel decided to readjust his camera in a southeast direction which captured the incident on 01-19-17.
Patel showed me video surveillance footage of the incident which occurred on 01-19-17. The incident occurred during the early morning hours. I saw the suspect riding a bicycle north from Kenilworth Avenue and onto westbound Coniston Road. Patel’s garage is located on Coniston Road between Kenilworth Avenue and Casitas Avenue.
The suspect approaches the driveway and stood underneath the light. The suspect appears to climb onto his bicycle and uses his hands to remove the light. The suspect then rides his bicycle onto eastbound Coniston Road and south on Kenilworth, out of sight. The suspect appears to be wearing a “Voltcom” baseball cap and gloves. The suspect appears to be either White or Hispanic with a medium build, NFD. Based on the cover of darkness, I was unable to determine the suspect’s clothing
