I learnt how to write in report style format for business purpose, something which I have never done other than in an assignment prior to this. This will help with any future reports, or formal communications I need to make.
It was hard to get into writing the assignment as I have not done this for a number of years and time was also a challenge, personally and whilst in work
Continue using the skills gained when writing reports and other formal communications.

I learnt how to understand the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders and why this is important.
I learnt about who stakeholders can be and how to identify them for different situations.
I found this assignment to be quite difficult to write as it was something fairly new to me and there are lots of different things to consider
I will use this assignment and the research I carried out to understand my customers’ needs requirements when I start my new role

I enjoyed figuring out what my leadership style was and asking my team how they saw me as a leader.
I learnt what behaviours are likely to have a positive and negative effect on an individual and a group
Using situational leadership and adapting my leadership style to suit different team members and situations.
Use this knowledge to lead the team and be more flexible as I will be aware of what style suits which team members.
This will enable me to have a more flexible leadership style
