A Personal Model of Leadership is important to help develop one’s values in their professional and personal life. Within my personal belief’s umbrella several values fall under four valuable words with different levels of association. Some of the values that fall under the four valuable words are moral uprightness, clear communication, and respect. Following these values will hopefully promote harmonizing behaviors that have meaningful purpose behind them. While standing firm on the four valuable words at their different levels which is as follows individual/virtue, interpersonal/effective, organizational/teamwork, and societal/serenity.
Individual
Having a vision for employees to model a character of virtue within them is essential to an organization. It is more important for leaders of the organization to carry out this quality so it tickle down to employees and then it is viewed as being imperative. As a leader carrying an enthusiastic approach towards working with other, self-motivation, loyalty, and a little humor will keep the team secure. People need reassurance about themselves so they can effectively work with someone else. Team work keeps the organization productive if everyone is working together to do their part and a little humor keeps the stress away. Establishing a stress-free work zone with encouraging a little hilarity builds the serenity that everyone would not mind coming back to everyday.
A stress-free work zone is critical to have, so enforcing serenity in the organization is prominent. As a leader calmness, will be my best suit while wearing a serene facial expression. Through a serene behavior, employees will see the compassion that is for them and the desire for them to win.
